Game time, food and drinks. One bill.
A customer plays for an hour and orders two drinks and fries. GAMEPOZ keeps those charges on the same bill, so staff can check the total when it’s time to pay.
Add an order to the right table.
Find the customer’s open bill, choose the food or drinks and enter the quantity. The order stays with that session.
- Search the menu or browse categories.
- Add or change quantities.
- Keep orders with the correct bill.
Keep each player’s order clear.
Two players might share fries but order their own drinks. In Add Items, mark an item as Shared or assign it to the player who ordered it. Staff can see who each item belongs to.
- Choose Shared for items ordered together.
- Assign individual items to the right player.
- Check quantities and the VAT breakdown before adding items to the bill.
Send the order to the kitchen.
Send food items to the kitchen from GAMEPOZ. Staff can take the order at the counter without writing it on a separate note.
- Choose the items for the order.
- Send the food order to the kitchen.
Show the customer what they’re paying for.
Open the bill to see session charges, food and drinks together. Check the items with the customer, then complete the bill when they pay.
- Find bills that are still open.
- Check the playing charges and ordered items.
- Complete and print the bill.

During a game
“Two drinks and one fries for table five.”
Open table five’s bill, add the drinks and fries, and send the food order to the kitchen. They’ll appear with the game charges on the final bill.
