What is GAMEPOZ?
GAMEPOZ is gaming centre management software made in UAE. It helps staff manage tables and PCs, playing sessions, automatic table lights, food orders, bills and customer records.
Which centres can use it?
Billiards and snooker centres, table tennis centres, board-game and card-game cafés, PC gaming centres, console lounges and gaming cafés. You can manage several game types in one venue.
Where is GAMEPOZ made?
GAMEPOZ is made in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
How can I see the software?

Sessions and automatic lights
Can gaming PC players have their own sign-in?
Yes. GAMEPOZ customer records support a PC sign-in username and PIN. Staff can also check prepaid playing time and recorded recharge activity.
Can staff see which tables or PCs are free?
Yes. The station view shows what is available, occupied or under maintenance. Staff can also check rates and player capacity.
How does automatic light control work?
GAMEPOZ links connected table lights to playing sessions. Start a session and its light turns on. End the session and the light turns off.
Does light control work for table tennis too?
Yes. Session-based light control is available for billiards, snooker and table tennis. The lighting connection is set up for the tables at your centre.
What do you need to know about our lights?
Tell us how your lights are wired and controlled today. During the demo, we can discuss the connection needed for GAMEPOZ to control them.
Bills, orders and customers
Can food and game time go on the same bill?
Yes. Add food and drinks to the customer’s bill and check them together with the playing charges before payment.
Can I manage board-game and card-game tables?
Yes. Add tables to the Active Zone category, set their hourly rate and player capacity, then manage sessions and food orders from the counter.
Can food orders be sent to the kitchen?
Yes. Staff choose menu items, enter quantities and send the food order to the kitchen from GAMEPOZ.
Can I find a customer’s previous bill?
Yes. Search for the customer and open their bill history. Customer records also include notes and recorded visits.
Reports and the website preview
What can I see in the reports?
Table and PC usage, session lengths, busy hours and revenue by station type. Customer reports show recorded visits, new and returning customers and visit frequency.
Are these the actual GAMEPOZ screens?
